flicks is a film & art festival that allows students to showcase their video & artistic skills. There will be awards for the winners of a variety of categories including Best Film.
A student art gallery will open up the film festival along the sides of Herrick.
The festival is
FRIDAY, APRIL 20
so start filming NOW!
Films should be edited & submitted by April 6 @ 5pm.
•The final version of the video can be no longer than 7 minutes
•Categories include: Comedy, Drama, Action, Stop Motion, Animation, Documentary, Mockumentary, Music Video, Science Fiction
Art & Photography should be submitted by April 9 @ 5pm.
If you are interested in submitting a film or some art here's what you need to do:
• Make a sweet video OR some sweet art
• Complete the submission form [online] or [drop by the seafoam room in the SGA office] & turn your video/art in to Bekah Barkocy in the SGA office (Commons basement).
Below are the submission forms for both Film & Art.
You can drop the actual video or art off in the SEAFOAM room in the SGA office (basement of the Commons). There will be a labeled box for each.
